Mr. Wollard is a Colorado native and is active in his community, donating his time to community revitalization and education projects and volunteering with the Metro Volunteer Lawyers program.
our-attorneys2 Mr. Wollard is an advocate of responsible horse ownership rights and access to trails and open space for horses as well as the preservation of pristine and natural spaces throughout the great State of Colorado.

Mr. Wollard firmly believes breed specific dog bans should be eliminated in Colorado and nationwide and is the proud owner of an American Pitbull Terrier – “Andy”.

Matt Tanda, Esq.

Matt’s practice centers on family law, estate planning and probate litigation. Prior to joining The Wollard Law Firm, he practiced with a prominent Denver-based domestic relations law firm and a smaller practice focused on fathers’ rights. Mr. Tanda also worked as a research fellow/clerk for former Chief Judge Stephen Munsinger in the First Judicial District of the State of Colorado.

Mr. Tanda understands the unique nature of each individual case and uses a client-centered approach encompassing strategies ranging from informal negotiation to litigation based upon each client’s individual case and objectives.

Matt is a fourth generation Japanese American and Colorado native, born and raised, and gives back to the community that raised him by donating his time the Colorado Lawyers Committee and Metro Volunteer Lawyers, providing legal assistance to those unable to afford more conventional representation.

Taking advantage of the natural beauty of his home state, Matt can often be found hiking, camping, or skiing, and enjoys digging into Colorado’s frontier history.
