Eric D. Wollard
FOUNDER /MANAGING ATTORNEY
Eric Wollard practices in the areas of family law (divorce, custody, support), consumer bankruptcy, personal injury, estate planning, business law, complex civil and probate litigation, mediation and appeals.
Mr. Wollard has twenty-four years of litigation experience and, with the assistance of the latest technology and a bright and motivated staff, vigorously protects the legal rights of individuals throughout the Front Range of Colorado. Mr. Wollard has successfully litigated cases in many of the state and federal courts located in Colorado.
Mr. Wollard is a Colorado native and is active in his community, donating his time to community revitalization and education projects and volunteering with the Metro Volunteer Lawyers program.
Mr. Wollard is an advocate of responsible horse ownership rights and access to trails and open space for horses as well as the preservation of pristine and natural spaces throughout the great State of Colorado.
Mr. Wollard firmly believes breed-specific dog bans should be eliminated in Colorado and nationwide has owned and continues to own "bully" breed dogs.
